Basic guidelines

We welcome the opportunity to work with television and film productions. However, London & Partners cannot arrange work visas or filming permits. Film crews must hold public liability insurance to film in many London locations. Film permits and other filming guidelines can be obtained through Film London.

In return for our assistance, we kindly request that, where relevant, coverage includes a mention of visitlondon.com or londonandpartners.com.

Accommodation

London & Partners does not pay for hotel accommodation for individual visits. We can liaise with hotels to seek press/media/influencer rates depending on the outlet. Complimentary accommodation is at the discretion of our partner hotels.

Please noteLondon & Partners cannot provide Oyster cards or other public transport tickets, taxis, rental cars or vans for film crews, travel to London, guides for the duration of a visit, or any type of attraction pass.
