Launched in 2020 as an executive education programme, the Innovation Fellowship has grown into a hugely successful network of innovation leaders from more than 100 global corporations.

Through the fellowship, delivered in collaboration with the Royal College of Art, you will learn about best practice in open innovation and receive support from industry experts to inform, develop and deliver your own open innovation projects and strategy.

How the programme works

The cohort-based, three-month programme helps Fellows establish models and frameworks to successfully develop open innovation, through a series of lectures on culture and ecosystem engagement, featuring peer-to-peer learning and real-world case studies.

Choose from three intakes a year with up to 16 Fellows in each group. The programme takes place over three months and includes the following:

  • Six bi-weekly sessions.
  • Modular content.
  • Small group project work.
  • Peer-to-peer learning.

By signing up to the Innovation Fellowship, you will join our wider network of senior corporate innovators and benefit from invaluable support in delivering your innovation activities.

You will also access opportunities to raise your profile through startup and scaleups connections, bespoke sector events and fellowship meetings.
