What to expect

The Summit showcases the best of London's work across frontier technologies: quantum computing that could solve problems beyond the reach of today's computers; space tech opening up a new economy in orbit; AI models that can reason, discover and act autonomously; robotics transforming manufacturing, services and healthcare; and energy technologies powering the path to net zero. Together, they show how breakthroughs are becoming the companies that shape the future.

Themes

Hear from leading experts from the UK and European innovation ecosystem and explore the technologies shaping the future. The Summit's main themes are:

Achieving commercialisation at scale

What will it take to turn London's abundant world-class research and scientific breakthroughs into globally significant companies?
Is the UK backing the right innovation? What does the UK government need to do to ensure it is driving targeted innovation and building a resilient tech ecosystem?
Collaborating with Europe to win at deep tech How can the UK and Europe work together to compete against the scale of US and Chinese tech firms?
How will sovereignty shape the future of deep tech? What do tech sovereignty and strategic autonomy mean in a world of international supply chains and cross-border innovation?
Deep tech and our globally competitive talent pool What does the adoption of frontier technology mean for the future of our talent pool?
