New year, new ideas from London & Partners at Excursions 2013

London & Partners will once again be supporting Excursions 2013, taking place at Alexandra Palace on Saturday 26th January.  The 36th annual trade event will be an opportunity for London to showcase everything happening in the capital in 2013 and beyond for group travel organisers.

Louisa Jackley, Senior Marketing Manager for London & Partners leisure tourism commented: “2012 has been an incredible year for London but it’s out with the gold and in with the new. This show is a great opportunity for us to connect with the group travel trade, and we’re delighted to support this fantastic exhibition once again to let everyone know how their customers can benefit from the amazing legacy that the Olympic and Paralympic Games in the capital has provided.”

Highlights for the year for groups include: the opening of The Shard in February, (the highest viewing point in Western Europe -nearly twice as high as any other view in the city), ZSL London Zoo which will be welcoming its new flagship exhibit Tiger Territory in April and the re-opening of The Olympic Park as the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in July just ahead of London’s newest cycling festival – RideLondon on 3 and 4 August.
