Explore the Royal Mews, one of the finest working stables in existence, with a multimedia guide. This unique tour takes in the spectacular Diamond Jubilee State Coach, which contains more than one hundred artefacts from across one thousand years of British history.
Visitors can also see the most dazzling of all coaches, the Gold State Coach. This coach has been used at every coronation since that of George IV in 1821.
This stables looks after the Windsor Grey and Cleveland Bay horses that draw the coaches and carriages on display. A visit to the Royal Mews may include a glimpse of the horses.
