Last night at a glittering ceremony in central London, the capital was recognised by Condé Nast Traveller readers as the top destination for business travel. In the best UK Business Hotel category every position in the top ten list was filled by a London hotel. The Dorchester was awarded the top slot with Claridge’s coming in as runner up.
In the Leisure UK Hotel category Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park, scooped the top accolade.
Commenting on London's success, Sally Chatterjee, Visit London, CEO said,
'We are extremely proud that London’s incredible range of hotels have impacted so much on business travellers. We know the capital has a huge amount to offer and it is a huge honour to be voted so highly by Condé Nast Traveller readers.'
