Skylon Overview
Skylon captures the creative energy and excitement of London in the 21st century. Its triple height picture windows provide panoramic views along the river while the stunning bar is a destination in its own right, for its magnificent cocktails.
Head Chef, Helena Puolakka, is one of the shining stars on the capital’s culinary scene. Her lightness of touch and love of presentation, as well as her Finnish origins- come to the fore in dishes that are simple, light and beautifully presented.
Skylon is a stylish space for events, from group dining and canapé receptions to semi and exclusive hires. Skylon can also organise event spaces and provide catering for functions in the Royal Festival Hall including the Ballroom and St. Paul’s Roof Pavilion.
