Superbly located at the heart of the airport, the hotel is the only hotel connected to Gatwick Airport’s South Terminal and railway station by a covered walkway. With the hotel's easy links to the centre of London via the Gatwick Express and our significant facilities we are the ideal place to impress colleagues or clients from both home and abroad.

The hotel's principle suite is Ascot, a hugely impressive, thoroughly flexible room which features its own bar, separate cloakroom and car access. In all, Hilton London Gatwick Airport boasts 21 conference and meeting rooms, ranging in size from the 385sqm Ascot Suite which takes up to 450 guests theatre style to a number of intimate rooms suitable for boardroom presentations and one to one meetings. A private foyer next to the Ascot Suite with bar and surrounding meetings rooms, ensures that your event will have the privacy you need for product launches and other high-security events.

The new 1,200 sqm conference centre opened in 2007 and all facilities are located on the ground floor, with BT Openzone wireless internet access in all public areas. The conference centre is complemented by the Garden Restaurant and Bar, where buffet meals and refreshment breaks can be arranged.

Delegates can relax in 821 well-appointed bedrooms, comprising Hilton Guest rooms and Deluxe rooms, Executive rooms and Suites grant access to the spacious Executive Lounge with private check in, complimentary breakfast and refreshments. These rooms offer large ergonomically designed work desks and a PC safe/ Unwind in the LivingWell Express fitness room, or people watch in the Lobby.
